Our quest led us to the soul of Brazilian coffee: the Mantiqueira mountain range. More than just a beautiful region, it is a perfect geographical gem. Here, everything cultivated seems to reach its peak—peaches, apples, olives, and, most importantly, coffee. Coffea arabica found its ideal crib: the right climate, the right altitude (900-1700m), the right soil, and the right rain. This isn’t just terrain; it’s terroir. It’s where nature conspires to create something extraordinary in every cherry.
